Refund & Returns Policy – Wonder Wins Ltd

This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all competitions and purchases made through www.playwonderwins.com (“Website”) and should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions.


1. Nature of Our Products

Wonder Wins Ltd operates skill-based prize competitions, not physical retail sales.

Because competition entries are digital services supplied immediately, standard retail return rights for physical goods do not apply once an entry has been submitted.


2. Entry Fee Refunds

Non-refundable circumstances

Competition entry fees are non-refundable once:

  • Your entry has been successfully submitted, and

  • The competition has not been cancelled, and

  • No payment error has occurred.

This is because the digital service (entry into the competition) has already been provided.


Refunds may be given where required by law, including:

  • Competition cancellation by Wonder Wins Ltd

  • Duplicate or incorrect payment taken in error

  • Technical failure preventing valid entry

  • Any other situation where a refund is required under UK consumer protection law

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible.


3. Cancelled or Amended Competitions

If a competition is cancelled for any reason, entrants will receive either:

  • A full monetary refund, or

  • The option to transfer their entry to a replacement competition of equal or greater value.

If a competition is materially changed after entry, affected entrants may be offered:

  • A refund, or

  • Transfer to an alternative competition.


4. Incorrect Payments or Billing Issues

If you believe a payment has been taken in error, you must contact us within 14 days of the transaction.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Where a customer initiates a fraudulent or unjustified chargeback, Wonder Wins Ltd reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or close the customer account

  • Cancel related competition entries

  • Refuse future participation in competitions

  • Recover reasonable administrative costs where legally permitted


6. Returns of Physical Prizes

Where a physical prize is supplied:

  • The prize is provided by the Promoter or a third-party supplier.

  • Standard consumer return rights do not apply unless the item is:

    • Faulty

    • Misdescribed

    • Damaged on delivery

In such cases, we will:

  • Repair, replace, or

  • Provide a suitable alternative remedy

    in accordance with UK consumer law.


7. Cash Alternatives

Where a cash alternative is offered and accepted:

  • The payment will be made to a UK bank account in the winner’s name.

  • Once paid, the transaction is final and non-reversible, except where required by law.


8. Processing Time for Refunds

Approved refunds are typically processed within:

5–10 working days,

depending on the payment provider.
